Marketing Coordinator


Snapback Agency is seeking an ambitious, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to work alongside our team, clients, and brand partners. This role will be focused on assisting brand relationships, working with talent, supporting the CEO, planning event logistics, and leading project management. 


  • Support the entire team across administrative tasks, project management, research, team organization, etc.
  • Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to internal teams, clients, partners and any other relevant parties
  • Assist with the creation of marketing and program assets and materials for clients, brands, and events
  • Oversee and coordinate campaigns, inbound opportunities, and deals for clients across all social media platforms
  • Manage logistics for talent partnership opportunities, including travel, talent briefings, deliverables, contract terms, etc.

  • Create and manage monthly client reports and internal documentation, as well as post campaign reports showcasing qualitative and quantitative metrics
  • Develop high level agendas, highlight follow-ups, and provide recap summaries for all executive team calls and meetings 
  • Research, analyze, and maintain reports on companies and brands that are active in the industry 
  • Track industry conferences, movie/game releases, activations, experiences, and other relevant events
  • Identify and track potential new talent and emerging creators to support Snapback’s client growth


  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing and sales
  • Prior background working at a talent agency, brand, or management company is preferred
  • Social expert with a deep understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube, and emerging social media platforms
  • Strong communication skills - verbal & written 
  • Attention to detail: “how you do anything is how you do everything”
  • A creative, self-starter with exceptional follow-up skills and work ethic
  • A team player who works collaboratively, exhibits a competitive attitude, and shows curiosity 
  • Extremely diligent with an ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously while producing quality work within deadlines
  • Knowledgeable and up to date with current industry trends and insights
  • Ability to work in-person, remotely, and on the road during flexible work hours
  • Must be proficient in all Google Drive Products / MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote + Canva
  • Must have experience working with project management tools such as Slack, Asana, Notion, Pipedrive, and Apollo


  • Full time employment, hybrid work position: three (3) days per week will be in-person in Los Angeles, CA
